Nupe Stool ~ Dark

This beautiful authentic Nupe Stool has been hand crafted by the Nupe people of Nigeria. The Nupe people are highly regarded for their wood work, in particular their abstract stools which are carved from a single piece of wood. Characterised by multiple legs and geometric carvings on top, these stunning artefacts are becoming harder to source, making them a real collectors item. The stool displays imperfections and characteristics reflective of everyday use in the village, they are not considered flaws, yet enhance the beauty of the stool.
