Fish Trap Round

Story behind the product ~ Organically beautiful, completely constructed by hand by the local villagers of Madagascar. Originally used as fish traps, village people used these baskets to catch fish in their local water ways. While they may appear simplistic, many hours of labour goes into the construction of these, making them durable and strong to perform the task they were designed for. These make for the most beautiful pendant shades, giving a lovely ambient light as it shines out from the woven basket design.

Each pendant shade will have slight differences to the next.
