Story behind the product~ Our authentic Turkana bowl is a beautifully symmetrically shaped hand-carved bowl from Kenya and is hand crafted entirely from sustainable African hardwood. Hand made by the Turkana people, they were originally used for storage and transportation of food items. Each bowl has been used for years and may display repairs using traditional techniques in keeping with their original authenticity.
Vintage wooden bowls, like our Turkana collection, are becoming increasingly rare to find, making them perfect investment pieces.
