Terms of Use
The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Craft Enterprises website by Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd, the materials and information contained therein and related services made available to you via this website.
Please review the following terms and conditions that form our ‘Terms of Use’ as these govern your use of and purchase of products from our site. By accessing, browsing, or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these ‘Terms of Use’. If you do not agree to these ‘Terms of Use’, then please do not use this site.
Revisions to Terms of Use
Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd may revise and/or amend these ‘Terms of Use’ at any time at its absolute discretion by posting revised terms. You agree that, in the event that any portion of these ‘Terms of Use’ is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these ‘Terms of Use’ remain in full force and effect. Any revisions will be effective immediately. By continuing to use this site after any revision becomes effective, you agree to be bound by these ‘Terms of Use’ as so revised. You should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current ‘Terms of Use’ to which you are bound.
General Disclaimer
Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd, its representatives and associated agents are not liable to you for any loss of connection with the use of this site. This general disclaimer is not restricted or modified by any of the following specific warnings and disclaimers.
1. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via our website www.craftenterprises.com.au or by emailing info@craftenterprises.com.au.
2. Payment
Full payment must be received prior to dispatch. Orders can be paid by Direct Deposit or Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
3. Delivery
All orders are Pro Forma only. Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of full payment. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of payment for your order to pass quality assurance and be dispatched. Product shipping is based on availability; for stock goods please allow shipping to take between one to ten days from date of payment based on delivery location. Bulk orders are delivered by a furniture removalist and may be subject to longer lead times. All orders are shipped FOB from our Gold Coast, Queensland warehouse with freight added to all wholesale orders. Freight is an additional charge to be incurred by the purchaser unless otherwise stated, freight is applicable on all orders and Craft Enterprises will determine the appropriate and cost effective shipping mode and carrier.
If an item is collected from our warehouse or transported by a nominated carrier not booked by Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd our liability ceases at the time of collection. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused once collected.

5. Damages & Shortages
Craft Enterprises inspects and carefully packs your order before shipping with every effort made to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. All shipments should be inspected immediately on arrival. All claims for damage or shortages must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Photographs of damaged goods and boxes will be required for replacement of damaged goods. Save all damaged cartons until any claim with the carrier is settled.
6. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We do not issue refunds or exchanges. Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned and are subject to authorisation at Craft Enterprises discretion. Craft Enterprises’ products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture or otherwise. This is considered a unique feature of each individual piece and items cannot be returned for this reason.
7. Website Images
Whilst every effort has been made to represent our products as accurately as possible on our website, digital representation of our products may vary between personal devises (including but not limited to Ipad, Iphone and other tablets, laptops or desktops). Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for these variations to colour and finish.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations and amendments can only be accepted before payment is received. We do not issue refunds. Order cancellations that are made after receipt of payment will incur a 20% handling fee of entire order value. Cancellations are not accepted for already dispatched orders.
9. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notification.
10. Back Orders
Every effort is made to ship orders quickly and as complete as possible, but on occasion items will be backordered based on availability. A 20% deposit is required to secure back ordered stock on incoming shipments. Back orders without a deposit are not guaranteed. Ordered items that are in stock require full payment at the time of ordering. We are happy to store an order without charge for a maximum period of 4 weeks.
11. Limited Warranty
As Craft Enterprises products are sourced globally and often produced and finished by hand regrettably we are unable to warranty products beyond being delivered in good order.
12. Disclaimer
All Craft Enterprises products are handcrafted. Small differences in shapes, colour, surfaces and finishes are in the nature of the product. Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price specified on this site at the time you place your order. You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered, prior to the goods being dispatched to you.
Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd may change the prices published on this website at any time. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices and information displayed on www.craftenterprises.com.au, Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this site, or an error in your order.
All prices quoted on www.craftenterprises.com.au are in Australian dollars.
Title, Payment and Risk
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

This site is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and, through international treaties, other countries.

Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd controls and operates this site from its office in Queensland, Australia. These ‘Terms of Use’ are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland. You and Craft Enterprises Pty Ltd agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland. If you choose to access this site from a location other than Queensland, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
